„Great accommodation, felt like an oasis in the middle of the busy city. Ideal if your plans mostly include trips out of the harbor as you are 5 min away. Also ideal for great restaurants all in walking distance. Property has a small pool and feels like you are immersed in true Mexico which I love. Property managers were lovely too. The property staff was great. the property only has 1 restaurant so on property dining is limited but close enough to other great local restaurants. The only draw back was the 2 cruise liners that came into the port and blocked our views for 2 days. Beach is accessible and great service available beach side. We will definitely return. “

„What a beautiful property! It’s a perfect relaxing spot right in front of the arches. It’s immaculately clean and the staff is extremely friendly and welcoming. I got a wonderful massage at the spa and highly recommended. The food on property was very good too. I will definitely return soon. “

„The hotel is really a condo project with large units the present like villas. We also stayed at the Puerto Vallarta Villa Estancia and it was almost identical. The service is good. The food is good. The quality of the resort is excellent. Pools are beautiful and the beach is nice. However, the ocean current in that area can be very strong and it makes it difficult to get in and out of the water. It will sometimes flip you and kill you around in the waves. We saw many people lose those shoes, ...

„Hotel ist sehr gut. Das Personal istunglaublich freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Habe ich bisher so nicht nicht erlebt. Fruestueck von 8am bis 8pm :D Zimmer sehr sauber und in super Zustand. Zur Innenstadt bzw Strand 15 Minuten zu Fuss. Einzig negative ist, dass die Waende recht duenn sind und es sehr Laut ist. Also wenn man schlafen will muss man damit klarkommen. Aber das ist auch das einzige manko.

„El hotel tiene una muy buena ubicación, me encantó que en cinco minutos ya estábamos en la playa , limpio muy amable el personal.
No me agradó que la vista a la playa es obstruida por los locales que están a la orilla de la playa. Y uno de ellos a las 6 am nos despertó ya que ponían música a esa hora. De ahí en fuera todo bien . “

"Das Hotel hat uns insgesamt gut gefallen, besonders das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielfältig. Allerdings war das Buffet am Abend eher enttäuschend. Ein großer Minuspunkt war, dass die Liegen bereits morgens um 7 Uhr von Gästen reserviert wurden, und das Personal auf Nachfrage leider nichts dagegen unternommen hat, obwohl in den Poolregeln steht, dass dies nicht erlaubt ist. Das war wirklich anstrengend und hat den Poolaufenthalt getrübt."
