The property itself is beautiful, with a wide variety of hot springs at different temperatures. The mud spa was definitely the highlight of my stay.
However, the service was very disappointing. The hotel mistakenly charged nearly $500 to my Visa card. Although I reported it to the front desk and they acknowledged the error and removed the charge, I was still told it would take 3–5 business days for the refund to be processed. This was frustrating, especially since it was clearly the hotel’s mistake.
Additionally, I requested towels and bathrobes to be delivered to my room, but they never arrived, even by the time I checked out.
While the property is stunning, the service does not match the quality of the facilities. I would recommend carefully reviewing your bill to avoid overcharges. Also, don’t rely on room service or delivery requests, as there didn’t seem to be a reliable way to contact the front desk from the room.
