Coastal Treasure is a spacious second-row retreat in Garden City Beach, just across the street from beach access and only 0.7 miles south of Garden City Pier and 3.3 miles south of Surfside Pier. This well-loved home is a longtime guest favorite, praised for its generous layout, private bathrooms in every bedroom, and strong fit for large family gatherings, along with a well-equipped kitchen and easy indoor-outdoor living. Step outside to your own private pool with a separate kiddie pool, perfect for families, then enjoy being just minutes from local dining favorites like Gulf Stream Cafe and The Quay at the Marina, plus a short drive to the lively Murrells Inlet MarshWalk and Surfside’s downtown shops and restaurants, making it an ideal blend of comfort, convenience, and classic coastal charm.

PRIVATE POOL (15’ X 30’)
Open year-round. Seasonal pool heating is available during the spring and fall months (April 1–May 31 and September 1–October 31) for an additional $350 + tax per week. Pool heat is most effective when both daytime and nighttime temperatures remain consistently above 60°F. We recommend checking the forecast closer to your arrival(but no later than 5 days prior, request after this window will not be accommodated) before requesting pool heat.
