Thank you for your feedback, Arthur. I am always looking for ways to improve my guests experience. I apologize for not being there on your arrival date to greet and orient you, as I normally would. The following day I sent a message to your party to check on your stay. Your son responded and said it was a 5-star experience. The toilets have been serviced to make sure they are operating properly. I would have sent a plumber out sooner if you had reached out to me. The photos of the house were taken less than a month prior to your arrival, and the kitchen and master bath were remodeled earlier this year. My design style leans towards the eclectic, so I like to mix different periods and styles. I understand that may not be for everybody.
