„A modern hotel with lots of amenities but not quite a five star hotel as advertised. International travelers will probably be disappointed not be able to be served alcoholic drinks. The staff is very kind but there are serious translations issues. The location is wonderful, nestled among tea plantations and waterfalls.“

„Hotel was nice and clean. But there is no air conditioning even in premium rooms. Also every evening they arranged camp fire and played loins music. It was really difficult to sleep when there is no A/C and loins music is playing outside.“

„Very beautiful hotel near Munnar. We had a very warm welcome and the room was magnificent (rose petals on the bed). The view on the hills was also very unique. Staff was very friendly and arranged a trip to the tea museum for us. The driver waited for the entire time of our visit. The served food was either continental, indian or chinese. All of it was very delicious. Over all the hotel was truely amazing. An one of a kind experience. Kind regards from Germany“

„Beautiful hotel in a jaw-dropping location. Pretty good food (especially if you stick with the Indian selections), although not everything on the menu was actually available. The tradeoff for the absolutely amazing views is that you're way up a really rough road with nothing else around (but I thought it was well worth it, and it was easy to get a rickshaw). Beautiful and well-appointed room. Recommended. :)“

„It was an excellent hotel located in the outskirts of Munnar. The staff were accommodating and welcoming. The restaurant was excellent. We had many choices for the complementary breakfast. Dinner and lunch options were reasonably priced. Good complementary activities were available. Next time I will definitely go for a longer stay.“
