„A modern hotel with lots of amenities but not quite a five star hotel as advertised. International travelers will probably be disappointed not be able to be served alcoholic drinks. The staff is very kind but there are serious translations issues. The location is wonderful, nestled among tea plantations and waterfalls.“

„In the middle of nowhere, on a hill above a lake, in a scenery like painted, this private hotel with only 20 rooms is gorgeous. All rooms and the restaurant with lake view balcony. Perfect massage at Spa. Thanks for organizing the jeep tour to the tea plantation at the border of Tamilnadu, more than 2.000 m above sea level and the perfect sea trip on the lake. An amazing place!“

„Very beautiful hotel near Munnar. We had a very warm welcome and the room was magnificent (rose petals on the bed). The view on the hills was also very unique. Staff was very friendly and arranged a trip to the tea museum for us. The driver waited for the entire time of our visit. The served food was either continental, indian or chinese. All of it was very delicious. Over all the hotel was truely amazing. An one of a kind experience. Kind regards from Germany“

„We booked this hotel for 1 night stay over New year’s eve. Found there was a disconnect between Expedia booking and the hotel reservations. Expedia booking was confirmed but when I called hotel to make a room request they did not recieve any email or confirmation from Expedia. After many phone calls to Expedia and the hotel the issue was sorted. The issue was with hotel’s reservation system. Also the hotel photo shown on Expedia is different to that of the actual hotel. „Komfortables Hotel mit ein paar minusPunkten. Ich hatte in der nähe von meinem Fenster einne Kompressor stehen, der zwar Nachts abgeschaltet wurdeaber doch gestört hat. Das Essen war nicht so mein Fall. Was mir sehr gut gefallen hat War die KinoEinrichtung. Mal was anderes.“

„Hotel is located approx 22 km from Munnar town centre, its not ideal if you like to visit other places around. Half time wasted climbing up and down from the town centre. Food cost very high, a lot better options if you eat outside but again the annoying journey up and down. Overall its a OK place if you want to just stay in the hotel and don't mind food cost.“
