1 - UPS backup on at least the Internet service. There's frequent load shedding and while main power is restored by Generator within 60 seconds Internet can take up to 30 mins. Having UPS on this at least would mostly negate this. It's a first world problem I appreciate, but it's a premium property so not a unreasonable ask.

The electronic key didn’t work and breakfast was lame. The worst part was the main guy said he would refund my money for two nights (I left after one night and planned for 3) and he never did.
