„Nice outside seating. Shopping mall across the street. Brewery with nice outside seating in walking distance. There was a little glitch with our booking and the room was not ready upon arrival at 5pm. But the very friendly staff at the reception did their best to handle the situation. The hotel design and rooms are very stylish. Really liked the loft-like style in the former fruit of the loom building!“

„The atmosphere feels safe and clean but, unfortunately the person at the time I checked in wasn't the most willingly to communicate with the questions and assisting with the accommodation as we a 3 reservation made in this hotel..we are aware of things that the hotels usually offer as to make costumers feel comfortable and welcoming but this wasn't the case...is it something that you should be aware of...“

„Als wir ankamen, war kein Zimmer in der gebuchten Kategorie frei. Das Schlafsofa in unserem Zimmer war defekt, deshalb haben unsere Söhne die erste Nacht auf schlechten Matratzen auf dem Boden geschlafen. Ab der zweiten nacht hatten wir dann ein Zimmer wie bestellt, war in Ordnung. Das Personal war überwiegend sehr nett und hilfsbereit, besonders die Mitarbeiter beim Frühstück, der Manager war eher mau!!! “

„Trotz der Lage an der Interstate ruhige Zimmer, schöner kleiner Innenhof mit Grillmöglichkeit und überdachten Schaukelstühlen, es besteht die Möglichkeit,im Hotel Wäsche zu waschen. Sehr freundliches Hotelpersonal. Das Zimmer war groß und sehr sauber, mit kleiner Küchenecke und großem Fernseher. Das Frühstück bestand aus eingepackten Muffins, Müsliriegeln, Instant Oatmeal und frischem Obst, dazu gab es für Amerika ganz hervorragenden Kaffee (24h). Raumservice gibt es nur 1 x pro Woche, was für ...

„Sehr schönes Hotel“

„Room wasn’t clean when we went inside. Also last few pieces of tissue was on the top of the box without leaving the new box. Had to ask to get another one, but we actually had to go downstairs to get it. They didn’t bring it up. No complementary bottle of water in the room either. Not recommended.“

„Wir hatten die "Breakfast for Two" Rate gebucht und dachten, dass Frphstück damit inklusive war. War es leider nicht, wie wir vor Ort feststellen mussten. Dann hätten wir doch eine günstigere Rate buchen können. Ein bißchen Abzocke. Wir waren dann bei Dunkin Donuts frühstücken, die eine Filiale auf der anderen Straßenseite hatten. Zuerst wurden wir in einem Zimmer untergebracht, das über dem Hotelboiler/ Heizung lag. Dort hat es laut gebrummt und der Boden (und somit auch das Bett) hat ...

„Zimmer super ausgestattet und sehr sauber. Nach Downtown kann man gut laufen. Tipp: es gibt jede Menge Parkuhren rund um das Hotel, die nachts nichts kosten...“

„Highly recommend the Loft as it was a beautiful space. The Heddle room has a glass window in the door to the bathroom. Technically you could shower in privacy but I would rather a solid door. Staff handled an issue with our original room well. They were immediately available when I called and provided both a short term (moving rooms for the night) and long term solution (fixing the issue) plan within ten minutes. Heddle room is a good option if you need a place to sleep and will be otherwise ...
