At the Loft at 113, there is no need to draw the short stick to find out who gets the Master Suite. Our Secondary Suite is just as comfortable as our Master Suite, featuring a full-size bed with a mid-century modern wooden frame. Walk through the barn door to the ensuite bathroom to find the glass-tiled shower complete with gold waterfall shower head. The bathroom also includes a clothing rack and suitcase bench for your storage needs.

Lastly, we must stress that we do NOT allow parties or large unauthorized gatherings of any sort at our property. We are adamant about only welcoming families and groups who are looking to relax and enjoy the amenities the home has to offer.
Guest access
★ GUEST ACCESS ★
1. Guests can load and unload using the alley on the South side of the building. Once loading and unloading is completed, please park in one of the striped spaces on Main Street.

2. Use the Red door on the South side of the building to enter the landing area for the Loft. Enjoy the comfort and convenience of a self-check-in using your unique code on the keypad of the Red door, as well as the White door in the landing area for the Loft.

3. A few days prior to your arrival you will receive an email that walks you through the process and answers any last-minute concerns. If you still have questions, we're available for your questions & concerns. Please do not hesitate to reach out to us at any time via the app.

4. Please note that there is an active commercial space on the first floor of the property. The first floor will be closed off after hours, so please do not try to access the gated areas.

5. The Loft is exclusively yours, without interruption for the duration of your stay, so relax, unwind, and make yourself at home!

★ The stairwell leading up to the Loft is not ADA compliant. However, once in the Loft, each room is ADA compliant.
★ Please, do not try to open the windows in the Loft unless for emergencies. The historic windows are very fragile.
