The rooms are a bit old but clean, everything works, good air conditioner, and decorated with antiques, handmade local items, even a large bookcase with hundreds of interesting older books. „It has potential but some of the areas were not available not because it’s unfinished but they make it open only for private function. (Ei:Mini Japan) The employees are kind and friendly but the staff at their Amare Restaurant wasn’t so helpful and friendly m. The rooms are nice but some areas are unclean most especially the swimming pool which is so important that they should keep clean. There are too much mosquitoes as well! They need to do something with that. The water in the room has issues ...

„Great view of Taal lake. Kitchen is fully functional with kettle, microwave and fridge. also provided utensils , soap, towels etc , unlike most places i’ve stayed at recently. Wi-fi and TV are decent . Street noise and music can be heard - as is normal in many tourist spots. Security is very good.“

We declined as we were already settled and the issue was not a big deal but we appreciate the initiative. Will book this place again if we ever are in the area. “

„Ok stay, but would probably not stay there again. Considered as 4 Star Hotel however I would rate it at most 3 star. Breakfast rather basic Philipino food - quality rather on the low end. The most disturbing thing was that they cleaned various rooms at 11 pm in the evening with an incredible noise. Also, they cut the grass around the pool area after midnight which was an enormous noise. Only after complaining they stopped so. I would for the same price you might get a better option in this town. ...
