„I absolutely LOVE this hotel! This is my second stay in a month as i travel to Hood River every 2 to 3 weeks for work. The rooms are wonderful with lovely showers and comfy beds. The lobby bar is HOPPING- on a Wednesday night the place was full and they have a house band, too! The soaking pool is so relaxing and never crowded. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone making a trip to this lovely town!“
„Not a fan of the whole chat bot experience for hotel info. You have to scan a QR code at the front desk. No helpful information in the room. No directory on the phone. We wanted to order in room dining, but could find no way to call to do that. Tried dialing 0 to get the front desk, but after several unanswered rings, I just got a message that the “mailbox was full” then it went to the generic welcome message and a prompt to dial “0” for information, which just started the whole sequence over ...
