„We had a truly wonderful experience at Skamania Lodge. We stayed in the treehouse, and it was absolutely beautiful—very nice, cozy, and such a unique experience. We loved it. The restaurant service was excellent, and everyone we encountered was friendly and welcoming. The ladies at the gift shop were especially kind and helpful and did a great job. „Very nice hotel. We were unable to book a massage but we used the mineral pools. Very relaxing. Went back to the room and our tv didn’t work. They were unable to fix. It wasn’t that important, we were tired and had our phones. The big disappointment was our dinner. The dining area and bar was nice but we were very disappointed with our meals. We opted to leave early and not to eat breakfast there. “

Then we began a nightmare of calls trying to get our refund being bounced between Expedia who told us to call VBRO who would promptly tell us to call Expedia. What a nightmare!
