„Stayed for girls night out in Arlington. Accommodated 4 of us comfortably and was so comfortable, cozy, spotlessly clean, and quiet. Communication with host was fast and helpful. One of the best parts was enjoying morning coffee in the picturesque garden/ back patio. A wonderful quiet respite of a stay amongst the fun hustle and bustle of Arlington/DC. Perfect! Will stay again!“

„If you plan to use the Metro to tour the sites this location can’t be beat. Nice grocery store and restaurants close by also. The Roost restaurant was great and Safeway grocery store. The rowhouse was very clean and well stocked. Note that the top bunk bed is only useable for a child, not a teenager or adult. The backyard isn’t as beautiful as pictured. Overall would stay again though with the excellent location, 2 full bathrooms and 3 bedrooms. “

The walking distance to groceries, a German beer-hall, and cute morning brunch spots is all great.The host is a champ. When we needed help/information, he responded outstandingly quickly. „The communication is top tier and the host was attentive to my questions from the start to the very end. The location was perfectly central to U street and the festival grounds with plenty of street parking. Conveniently located to stores and shops. The beds were comfortable and the balconies added a nice touch to the area as we would sit and enjoy the view and weather from the back porch. Safe and quiet area with friendly and welcoming neighbors “

„The house was huge accommodated all our 12 members nicely. All newly renovated areas look good. The check in and checkout was easy and they even provided us an extended checkout time. Lot of space in common areas especially useful with kids, nicely renovated kitchen and comfortable beds. Close to dc and zoo.“
