„Communicate with the owner first, make sure you pay for parking if needed“

„We stayed in the blue house to attend a family event. The house was clean and the beds were very comfortable. There is an Aldi about 15 minutes away for groceries. It's not too far from downtown DC if that is on your agenda. The hosts were easy to reach and responsive. A good place to stay.“

We truly enjoyed our stay and wish you all the best!“

„House was everything we needed for our trip. Good location just outside the city and easy spot to get transportation or ride shares. Host communicated very well and had no issues.“

„We were overall very pleased with our stay. It got pretty warm in the upstairs rooms, but there were fans and a portable air conditioner to help cool it down. Not much as far as dressers to unpack or for comfortable seating to lounge but we made do and would definitely stay here again. We appreciate the opportunity to stay in this home and felt very safe and secure.“

„The space was very clean, conveniently located, and just what we needed for our short visit.“

Don’t forget a pull out couch as well. There is plenty of space to unwind after a long day visiting the museums. All the amenities you need to be comfortable. There is along a one car garage for a car or small SUV, or park in front of the house. No need to drive anywhere, as you are only a 5 minute walk to the ...

„Place was perfect! Spent my 28th bday here with 8 friends. It was cleanly and very spacious (3 floors)!!! The bathrooms particularly were great :) i would absolutely stay here again. Check in and out was smooth, hosts were available if needed, and the area was a good distance from everything.“

„From the moment I booked, the communication was amazing. Check in was so easy. The place was very clean and very cozy! The cookies on arrival with water was so sweet. The parking pass was an added bonus! I would recommend this place 100%!!!!! I ended up staying an extra night and the communication involved in the whole process was so speedy!“
