Within a five minute drive you will find grocery stores, restaurants, bars, and shopping. The kitchen has an eat in breakfast table that seats 4, stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. The living room has multiple couches, a large TV, books, and is great for lounging after a day at the beach or downtown Charleston; the attached dinning table seats 6.

Cleaning information: At this property we provide starter "essentials" like a hotel, but we don't have the maids come back each day to restock what was used. In addition to the complete professional cleaning between guests, we provide one bar of soap per bathroom, one small shampoo per bathroom, two rolls of TP per bathroom, one roll of paper towels, hand soap for the sink, two trash bags, and fresh linens for all beds. We also leave one towel and hand towel per guest the home sleeps. We do not provide beach towels or chairs.

Parking: The driveway can accommodate 2-3 vehicles, on street parking is not allowed.
