This location was chosen due to the option of having multiple bedrooms within the suite. I can say you get what you pay for with this one... the halls smelled, the rooms were unkept, the furniture has stains and the parking lot stayed dirty. We were in town for a funeral so didn't have to stay in the room often, but when we did we just wanted to go to sleep and not be reminded of the conditions.

This property houses people who are homeless, and in the throes of addiction. The atmosphere around this property is terrible. In fact, all of the hotels on the south western side of Route 73 all have this problem do not stay here you will not feel safe. The room I was given had someone in it who was working on the television. There was no warning of it the second room I was given in a supposedly quieter area. Also had a man inside working on the TV television there’s too much going on at this property, and the young lady who works the desk had her hands full, she doesn’t deserve to work in a place like this. They were pamphlets for the covenant house, which is a center for people who need help with addiction on the same counter for local restaurants in the main lobby of the hotel. I’m stating this, so no one feels surprised when they arrive and discover what it’s really like there. I refuse to allow my family to stay at this hotel. I’ve been working on trying to get a refund ever since.

Staff was very good and helpful, Property was very busy at all times of the night and alot of door slamming and noises from other rooms and people. Would stay for another 1 night visit the room was nice and big. Best part was the small kitchen and cough amd tv set up.

I will never stay here again. They wanted a cash deposit of $250. I was only stay there for a one day. My room had dead bugs in it. There wasn’t enough towels in my room. I just wouldn’t recommend this place.

If you had an issue with a particular room I would of loved to speak with you while still on property to discuss your experience of what you encountered. Unfortunately with a third party reservation I am not able to process compensation, however if you are in the area again and call us directly I can do something for you and make sure you do not have this issue again. Your reservation is though Expedia not directly through the hotel. We can not charge or refund for your stay. Only Expedia can do those things for you.

I am sorry to hear you will not be returning. We are an extended stay hotel. We are not a Welfare housing facility. Everyone pays for their room the same as you. Unless pictures are not presented when checking in and you decided to stay and then complain after the fact there is very little to discuss.

Very disappointed, I got there in time to get ready to meet friends, while getting ready, I found trash under the bed,and sofa that filled a shopping bag, stove top was dirty and not cleaned and food left over from the last resident who stayed in that room!! I brought the bag of trash to the front desk, all I got was "I"m sorry" the least they could have done was knocked off half the price! Won't be back~

This hotel is terrible. Very unclean. I didn’t want to touch anything or use the towels. I will not stay here again. They need a total renovation. Like rip out the walls and start over. Staff is friendly and tried to be accommodating but the place is bad.

Choice needs to review standards and guidelines for its locations, Clearly the on line description should say ‘under renovation’. Broken locks on entry door, ceiling panels akimbo, or missing, carpeting torn out,…. Employees hanging out outside of lobby entrance Desk chair and end table and side cushions were in the middle of the room. AC was off and room had a stale odor.

Don't recommend
This was a subpar hotel. Service required you to get stuff at main lobby like there was never a blanket on my bed both times I booked here. And little to no shampoo or body wash to use. Other tenants seemed to be a bunch of crackheads and was sketch to be in. Doors to hotel was held open by things people grabbed outside to hold door open so they didn't need the key so I felt not very safe. I wouldn't recommend this hotel to be honest.

The room was pretty comfy, im happy it had a kitchen. Im just a lil tired of the hotel in this area all smelling like smokers lived in the room but other than that it was a decent stay for 4 days.

My reservation and check in process was ok. I was not expecting to pay a $100 pet fee but was offered a discount by one employee but was still charged the $100. Then upon getting up the next morning my kids went to use the microwave and found food left in it with flies around it. We needed towels, washcloths, blankets and pillows and remotes to all tvs and we had to constantly ask for more than 1 item. My husband asked about washcloths the morning after and was told 2 different times that they were not ready, so bought some just to have during our stay. Upon encountering the staff (,maids) they were very pleasant and helpful but did not speak any English. I think that in this field someone nwwsa to speak or at least understand some English as far as the public is being dealt with it would help with communication breakdowns. My overall stay was ok, I give it a 5 outta 10. The property was very nice, the rooms were descent, but could use some work or remodeling, and they could use a pool for the guests especially if children stay as well. We really enjoyed the area and the location if everything.
