I would like to first address the cleanliness issues in your room; it is unacceptable, and I have relayed this information to our housekeeping department to ensure this does not happen again. In regard to the Pet Fee, we do charge every guest who travels with their pet a 75 fee as we need to deep clean the room upon departure for future guests who may have allergies. After looking at your bill, we did only charge the 75 fee. The 100 you saw on your statement was only an authorization for the incidentals; including the Pet Fee. I apologize for any miscommunication regarding that and please do not hesitate to contact the hotel if you would like to discuss any billing issues further.
