Only thing to note, there is only 1 aircon unit that is in the main lounge covering the whole property. Luckily the weather was not too hot and the bedrooms managed to remain at comfortable temperature. Check-in and check-out were smooth and efficient, and basic amenities like a fridge and kettle were provided. Tap water is safe to drink in Japan, so that’s a big plus. While there’s no in-room coffee, I brought my own instant coffee. Alternatively, there’s a lounge on the 12th floor offering green tea and basic drip coffee—what it lacks in strength, the lovely view makes up for.
The tram stop is just outside, giving easy access to major sights, but I also walked a lot and really enjoyed exploring the area on foot.
Lastly, a small detail: I kindly pointed out some dust in the A/C vent to one of the housekeeping staff, who was very sweet and receptive. It’s clear the staff takes pride in maintaining a welcoming and clean environment.
