„Lovely spot in Dunedin. Lisa made us feel so special with lovely additions of bread and fresh flowers. Quite a delightful spot near all the prime locations in Dunedin and the place has wonderful views. We enjoyed playing records on the turntable and lounging in the lovely living room. Highly recommend this exquisite Edwardian grand home. “

„Exactly what we needed for the last night of our little road trip in the South Island.Arrived to a warm and tidy space. Small kitchen that looked well equipped although we didn’t use it. Grateful for the quick 15min wash cycle which allowed us to take home clean clothes! Thanks“

Nicht barrierefrei Treppe eine Etage hoch bis zu den Wohnräumen. Parkplätze. Großer Garten rückwärtig. Zum Duschen in die Wanne steigen. Aussicht durch StromKabel nicht fototauglich. Lieblingsstrände wie Allans Beach oder Sandfly Beach nahe.Victory Beach muss erwandert werden. Harington Point muss man auch besuchen. Restaurant 1908 zu ...

„Great property for family. It had everything we needed and the log fire was fantastic on a cold winter Dunedin day! Host was very helpful and allowed us to check in early. Spa pool was advertised but not at the property although not really an issue for us. One or two maintenance tasks needed attending to but not at all detracting from the property. Location was great if you have a vehicle. Beautiful view of the ocean.“

„This was a wonderful stay with great views of the bay. The house had plenty of room for the 5 of us. Great kitchen for cooking dinner, with nice table with room for all of us. The living room had nice large TV screen, but also great views overlooking the bay and Dunedin. Spent two nights, but could have easily spent more.“

„Property was awesome close to town clean comfortable and well appointed. Thoughly enjoyed our stay only small negative was the parking.“

„Such a great wee get away spot not too far from Dunedin city. 2min walk to the beach and it is beautiful even on a miserable day. Has everything you could need for a week away with a fully equipped kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Fire heats the whole house but there are also lots of other heating options. Friendly hosts and the property was clean and tidy and well looked after. Looking forward to our next trip already!“

„This is such a beautiful place to stay. Great location, right near the Octagon which meant it was pretty noisy right through the Saturday night we were here but we still loved it. Lovely and warm, gorgeous character building. Great for our group. “
