Country House with Pond, Mountain Views, Mins to Stowe Center

This 3 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath country home on 3.75 acres offers everything needed for a relaxing vacation in the country year round, yet it is just minutes to downtown Stowe & Morrisville with all that Stowe & Morrisville have to offer. 20 minutes to Stowe Mountain Resort where you can find year round recreation. Drive into Stowe and enjoy the 5 mile recreation path, festivals in the summer, breweries and restaurants.
Drive to Smugglers Notch resort and enjoy some great skiing on the way back stop off at one of the several breweries in Morrisville, coffee shops and restaurants. In the summer enjoy the railtrail which goes for miles and is great for walking, biking and running.

The property itself has plenty of space for you to spend time walking around the pond, playing games on the lawn. The vast trail is just a stones throw away where you would also be able to go for walks in the spring, summer & fall. Morrisville also offers several breweries to visit as well as a downtown with restaurants & stores to explore. You can also explore Smugglers Notch Ski area in the Winter or Summer

The well appointed house sleeps up to 6 guests in 3 tastefully decorated bedrooms. The primary bedroom has a King bed with an en suite bathroom as well as a seating area to relax in as well. The 2 guest rooms both have Queen size beds and share a hallway bathroom with a shower & bath tub.

The open living area features a living room with a gas fireplace and two comfy leather sofas to relax and enjoy winter evenings by the fire. The dining space with seating for 6 and large windows looking out over the yard opens into the kitchen with an island and high end appliances and has everything needed for guests to hang out while cooking your meal after a day of activities. In the evenings you can sit and relax in Adirondack chairs by the pond (no swimming allowed) and watch the sunset or enjoy a morning cup of coffee. There is also a solo stove to help keep you warm on those chilly nights as well.

If you have the need to work, while you are away there is a relaxing dedicated office space.

No swimming is allowed in the pond.
