The Space:

Inside, you’ll find a fully stocked kitchen complete with a coffee bar (coffee, sugar, creamer, syrups provided) and all the essentials for home-cooked meals. The dining area has seating for 6 and a bar cart. The cozy living room is perfect for relaxing and features a Smart TV and adorable decorative fireplace. The inviting living spaces include a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo and 3 comfortable bedrooms:

Bedroom 1: Queen bed

Bedroom 2: Queen bed w/Smart TV

Bedroom 3: Bunk bed with a full on bottom, twin on top, plus an additional twin roll-out and Smart TV.



The finished basement is made for fun, featuring a game room with a ping pong/air hockey table, a cozy couch with TV, and plenty of board games. Laundry is also available for guest use.

Step outside to enjoy the peaceful surroundings. Relax in the hammock, gather around the fire pit (bring your own wood), or fire up the propane grill for a cookout. The long driveway provides plenty of parking, and the front porch with chairs is a perfect spot for your morning coffee.



Whether you’re here to unwind in nature or spend quality time with loved ones, this cottage offers the comfort, privacy, and entertainment you need for a memorable stay.



Guest Access:

Guests have access to the entire home including the laundry area.

🚫ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES — ZERO EXCEPTIONS 🎉



This home is monitored by neighbors and staff who notify us instantly if a party or event takes place. If an unauthorized gathering happens, your reservation will be terminated on the spot and you’ll be required to vacate immediately without a refund (this includes no refunds on any unused nights).



Any cleanup related to a party or "gathering" no matter the size will also incur additional cleaning fees and labor/material fees for any damages that were caused.



🚫Renters must be 21 years or older to book and stay.



🤫 Noise:

Please keep noise to a minimum when outside. We use decibel readers (they don’t record conversations) to monitor levels.



🔇 Quiet hours: 10 PM – 8 AM



💸 Excessive noise may result in a $500 fine due to past neighbor complaints.



🚭 Smoking:

No smoking inside the house — $500 fine for violation

Smoking outside is allowed



🚫 Strictly Prohibited :

Underage drinking or drug use

Unauthorized guests



🎉 No mini waste:

Avoid confetti, glitter, water beads, balloons, or tiny plastic/glass/metal pieces.



👫We respect my neighbors to the fullest and will not tolerate any gatherings, parties, or unauthorized guests. If you violate any of my house rules or those of the OTA community, you will be required to vacate the property immediately, and no refund will be issued for any unused nights.



🔥 Grill Use:

If the property is equipped with a grill, guests are responsible for refilling the propane tank if needed—but don’t worry, just send us the receipt and we’ll reimburse you!

If it’s a charcoal grill, be sure to bring your own charcoal. Happy grilling!



🐾 Pets:

Max 2 dogs: $125 flat fee

Requests for 3rd or 4th dogs are subject to approval and an additional $100



❗Pets must be disclosed and approved in writing before your stay. Undisclosed pets will result in a $150 fee and may lead to cancellation without refund.

NO cats allowed!



👟 Shoes off inside:

Please remove shoes indoors to help keep the home clean — the asphalt driveway can track in dirt. We appreciate your understanding!

📌A damage protection option is required for all reservations and is processed through our third-party system prior to arrival. Guests may choose either a $400 refundable security deposit (pre-authorized hold, not a charge, released after a damage-free inspection) or a non-refundable damage waiver of $40, which covers accidental damages beyond normal wear and tear.



NOTE: Refunds will be issued minus any applicable Stripe payment processing fees, which are not recoverable on our end.
