Our property is located in the scenic part of Morehead and the Lake exit so we do have less than the downtown in dining & activities. We hope that you got to visit Pop's BBQ located only 5 min from our property that is a treasure to the Morehead area and the #1 restaurant in Morehead or the great Elliott's pizza located 2.8 miles from the hotel. Our team takes great pride in our property & hold ourselves to high standards especially with our customer service as we treat all of our guest like they are family & friends we certainly do not hope any guest feels as if we are not friendly & our hotel is dirty as we work very hard to keep our property clean & sanitized. Our team works very hard following Choice Hotel guidelines on our menu items for the complimentary breakfast. Our team has added on extra items such as the sliced avocado halves kept in the mini fridge for our guest to enjoy we have several items like this that we provide just because our guest enjoy them. I am sorry to hear you did not enjoy the meal we do have a Cracker Barrel on the very next exit that is only about 10 minutes from the hotel for all guest to enjoy if they prefer something we do not provide.

I want to ensure that you know our front desk attendants are required to do the laundry tasks to ensure the housekeeping team has the linens to preform their tasks the following day. The Front desk attendants place the sign up having guest call the number so they can come directly to the front desk from our laundry room so the guest are not standing & waiting any longer than necessary. This is not meaning the front desk attendants are never at the front desk that is their main priority is our guest however the laundry is priority when guest are not present in the lobby area to check in. This is a procedure the employees follow to better accommodate our guest & cut down on wait times & complaints. Our entire team join me in apologizing for the inconviece it caused during your visit.
