„Our stay was short but enjoyable. We booked two rooms and had an issue with one. There were dried dead bugs under the air conditioner and live crawling, large water bugs in the room. The air conditioner didn’t work. The other room was great. With that being said, the staff are amazing!!! We did address the issues and the staff was more than willing to correct the issues. Thank you the the staff at the hotel for the personable interaction and willingness to accommodate. We will return.“

„Maintenance on the rooms is horrible. The bathtub faucet was heavy dripping and by the next day was a steady stream despite being tightly closed. The sink was clogged resulting in slow drainage. The lamp next to the bed had lost it's turn on/off switch so was useless. The shower tiles grout was blackened. On the positives, the desk staff and breakfast staff were very nice.“

„Leider war das Bettlaken sehr dreckig, viele undefinierbare Flecken. Bin nicht sicher, ob das Bett wirklich frisch bezogen war, sonst hätte man die Flecke sehen müssen. Sorry, geht gar nicht!!! Zudem war auch der Fussboden dreckig. Komfort vom Bett war sonst gut und ideale Lage an der Interstste“
