The rooms are very big and the location is very good. Breakfast offers little choice with mediocre quality at best. The hotel staff were distant and rather inhospitable. They are eager to sell you the hotel's valet parking. They say they don't know about nearby car parks. There are many parking garages in the vicinity that cost much less than half the price.

Our five-day stay in Montreal was fantastic! The hotel was centrally located yet quiet, with two nearby subway stations and a great organic store (Avril) within walking distance. A perfect base for our city adventure!

We arrived by car parked in front of the hotel and handed the key to the valet service. From there we visited everything on foot or metro. McGill Station or place des arts close by. Shops and restaurants in the vicinity. Large room and large bed. Small kitchen fridge and table. Breakfast available but a bit canteen like. Ok on a simpler, self service level.

Das Hotel ist zentral gelegen und sehr sauber. Große Zimmer. Die Mitarbeiter sind sehr nett und zuvorkommend. Ein schnelles und unkompliziertes Check-in und Check-out. Gutes Frühstück. Parkplätze sind ausreichend vorhanden. Valet Parking. WiFi ist im Zimmer kostenlos.

Alles super!
Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen! Montreal ist eine tolle Stadt und das Auto haben wir aufgrund der guten Lage nicht gebraucht. Downtown, Mont Royal, Hafen, Altstadt... Dann erholen und sonnen auf der Terrasse im 11.Stock - traumhaft. Morgens erst Gym (ausreichend Geräte trotz ausgebuchtem Hotel), dann Frühstück incl Obst, das wir aufgrund der Enge im Appartement eingenommen haben. Super 👍

Good place to be
Overall good stay. Clean, spacious rooms, air conditioning worked well, so did the wifi, street noise not a problem on the 9th floor. Personnel was courteous all the time. Valet parking service, room cleaning and reception were all efficient. The buffet breakfast could be better furnished (e.g. no hot dishes), however it has enough stuff and does the job. I appreciated very much the fact that the breakfast service personnel never looked in a hurry to leave in the last 15-30 minutes before closing as I have seen in other places. On the contrary, they have always been very kind and tolerant with latecomers, taking care of refilling clean dishes, food and juice till the very end. I would advise to go for breakfast before 8:30 as the space at the buffet is rather small and can get a bit cramped at later times. All in all, absolutely good experience. I would definitely go back again.

The room we stayed which is the family suite is huge. The water in the pool is cold, though. Wish it could be warm. The breakfast ia repetitive but overall, we had a great and enjoyable stay. Will definitely stay again!

Stayed with my family, the hotel is in great location, the facilities are very clean and the stuff is very friendly. The breakfast is continental so it was as expected. I would highly recommend and I am planning to book this hotel again on my next trip to Montreal. All the highlights are walking distance from the hotel, leave your car there.

Location was excellent. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go. The room was spacious and well laid out but could use an update. ( I think the sofa and furniture were there when I visited in 2018). Bed was comfortable and kitchen was well stocked with all the supplies we needed. Staff was very friendly and helpful. We would stay in this hotel again.

The property is in such a great location! Walking distance to all of the shops and restaurants. The staff were so kind and helpful and easily switched from French to English with no hesitation and tolerated my high school french attempts :) I have to especially say thank you to Isabelle and Alaricq (i pray i spelled his name right) for the time they took to answer my questions and offer suggestions. You won't starve with the continental breakfast that they provide but it is just that-the standard breads, yogurts, fruit, cereal, meats, cheeses, teas, coffees etc. My studio was huge and well equipped but the downfall is my window faced the building next door so i had zero view. But that was fine as we were out enjoying the city. The view from the terrace on the pool level is amazing! I would definitely recommend this property to anyone.

The rooms are cavernously large -- perfect for a family to spread out. The two times I've stayed there, the room has had a kitchen. The rooms are clean and well maintained. The furnishings are basic but that's fine -- this is a place to sleep. The breakfast is also basic -- lots of carbs, some yogurt, and a few hard boiled eggs. They only have valet parking but that's also fine -- you don't want to be driving around this section of the city searching for parking. I'd stay here again without hesitation.

Great for families! Love the kitchen as part of the room. We comfortably had 2 adults and 2 kids stay in the loft 1 bedroom with pullout couch. Restaurant on site was phenomenal (thought pricey). Great location. Close to Bell Centre (which is why we chose it) and shopping. Parking was tricky when we initially arrived but it’s valet once you get into the front parking area.
