Viel versprochen, wenig gehalten
Das Beste an der Wohnung ist seine Lage und der Ausblick (hatten die 40. Etage). Dieser wird verschwinden, da davor ein weiteres Hochhaus gebaut wird. Ansonsten komplizierte Schlüsselübergabe mit Preisgabe/Kopie der Kreditkarte und des Passes in der Dropbox!!!!! Man hat keine andere Wahl. Das Zimmer schmuddelig. Es stehen Reste wie Lebensmittel und Shampoos von den Vorgängern rum. Wir haben für 3 Personen gebucht, Bettwäsche waren nur für 2 Personen da. Man wurde mehrfach darauf hingewiesen, in keinem Fall den Concergie des Hauses anzusprechen. Zum Glück sind wir nur zu zweit angereist. Aber Handtücher im Bad gab es nur für zwei, Geschirrtuch gar nicht.

Love staying at this property! Rooms are large and quiet. Bed and pillows are comfy. Staff is professional and attentive. Self-parking is right behind the hotel. Easy walk to everything wonderful about Montreal (architecture, history, food, drinks, shopping, entertainment).

Great location. Staff very friendly and accommodating. The room that I stayed - one bedroom king size bed - was a very tired looking room. The duvet cover had a stain on it and the sofa had many stains on the seat cushion. The bathroom was outdated. There was evidence of mould (orange coloured) in the tub area and the baseboards were dirty and dusty.

Very responsive. You can call the front desk for a microwave. I call it the red neck special, but you have to call to get a fridge and microwave in most upscale hotels nowadays. The place was top notch, to include the bar and restaurant.
