You came to stay because you were in town for work and unfortunately we do not put work crews in our best rooms. That's how our carpet gets ruined along with other things. We are here to provide rooms for guest passing through or in town visiting family or on business. We are a small property and we just aren't able to let guest stay weeks at a time. Again, I apologize and hope you understand.

It was very late when you arrived so the other ones were taken. My staff mentioned that he had offered to give you a different room that was renovated but you declined.
