Aufenthalt in November:1. Tag Heizung unregelmässig, 2. Tag keine Heizung, ab 3. Tag verlangten wir wegen dem eiskalten Zimmer den Zimmerwechsel. Zimmer sind dunkel und unfreundlich. Sauberkeit war in Ordnung. Freundlichkeit des Personals ist mässig. Frühstück ist armselig. Preis und Leistungsverhältnis stimmt nicht. Angeblich das ist "das beste Hotel" in der Umgebung.

Booked a month in advance by mistake wro g location . When i called within 24 hrs to cancel tbey said no refunds! When i asked for a credit they said no credit! The man on the phone was rude and disrespectful. When i tried to make him understand my side he hung up . When i called back tjey hung up again. I will never ever use a best western again and i will let the world know Beware of the best Western in Monticello. Terrible!!!

Our check-in was great. We were warmly welcomed by Kat. Our room was spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and we know that breakfast was offered. Because we were visiting family, we actually came in late to sleep and left early to rejoin our family. We would have no issues booking this hotel again.

This hotel was surprising for an area that is rather depressed. It's close to a Highway 17 exit, but far enough away that there was no highway noise. The owners of the property have taken excellent care of it and have upgraded all the rooms with new bathrooms, new furnishings, etc. I'd definitely recommend it to anyone traveling in the area and will visit again.

We did not get our room cleaned for two days even when the tag on the front door asked for service. Our toilet waa small and very low, but perfect for our 6 year old. We stayed there before and I dont recall the same. Maybe some rooms vary

The hotel is not 5 star by traditional standard but given the area it is 6 star. Good accommodation near Monticello has been a long time coming and this hotel has been there through the duration with clean rooms and many options!

The room was very clean! Property is an older hotel and a tad earworn. Staff was very friendly and welcoming, clearly trying their best to make us feel welcome. Nearby restaurant and diners were very good. Area is one we would like to explore more.

Our room was spacious and with an unexpected balcony. The noise level was quite low which allowed for a good night’s sleep. Breakfast was one of the better ones we have experienced. Staff was very friendly and efficient. Restaurant next door was good. Short distance to Bethel Woods. All around a great experience!

Good alternative. About a 6 min drive from Resorts Worlds Casino. A good economical option when its a holiday and casino rates are sky high.

I arrived at 2:30 am. They told me I could have a late checkout of 12 pm. The housekeepers woke me up at 9 by knocking on the door to see if I was there. Around 10 they woke me up by being loud in the hallway. At 11 am the front desk called me to check if I was still in the room. This was frustrating. But the room was nice and spacious.

The room was modern, updated, and very clean. Stayed here instead of resorts world, and would stay here again. Italian and diner, food nearby and walkable. Great stay.
