„Cozy, but not cluttered, clean well appointed property. Close to our favorite bakeries, Art Mart and Sun Singer and a short drive to the Virginia Theatre. Soft sheets and duvets, fluffy adult size towels. Nice coffee bar and snacks. Comfy front and back porches extend the size of the home, beautiful back yard and paved off street parking, quiet treelined street. Excellent instructions and communication from the host. We will definitely book the next time we're in Champaign for an event.“

„The house was big and spacious and easily accommodated all of us. Parking was easy. It was close to campus and other shopping. Noisy train at night and dogs at pet day care started barking early in the morning made it challenging to sleep. Everything else was good.“

„My friends and family found this to be perfect lodging for our gathering. There are 3 common areas inside the house to gather. 3 bedrooms (one with full/twin bunkbeds) and 2 bathrooms. What added value to this property is the proximity to the university (2.4 miles from the State Farm Center) 1 minute to a shopping center with a yogurt place, 6 min to a grocery store, and a neighborhood with walking trails. „We had 4 families with 6 kids under 9 meet for the New Year and there was plenty of room for all of us. The large dining area had big tables great for serving and playing games. Our only burden was the grill, it is very weathered and unusable. Minor issues but nothing worth reviewing… Overall, we had a great time!“

„We stayed here for UIUC graduation. Reasonable rates compared to campus and only about 35 minutes away. The hotel is currently under construction (May 2024) but that did not impact our stay at all. Our room was brand new, pool and workout room were open, breakfast was being served but on a "grab n go" system. Thank you to hotel employee Julie for her helpful and friendly customer service.“
