Enjoy life lakeside from this beautifully remodeled 2 bedroom, 2 bath condo on the peaceful waters in the Safe Harbor Walden Marina cove at Lake Conroe. Sit back and relax with a scenic view from your balcony after a day on the lake. Tie up your boat or jet ski just outside your door at the bulkhead, cast a line to see what's biting at sunset, or watch the many fine-feathered residents as they take a last minute dip before nestling down for the evening. You'll find all you need in this fully-furnished space!

This 2nd floor condo overlooks the backside of Safe Harbor Walden Marina in a small, quiet complex that sits on the cove. There is no elevator, but the steps make for an easy climb. It features two bedrooms, two full bathrooms, a full kitchen, dining table, and comfortable sleeping for 8. The master bedroom has a queen-size bed and a water view from a wall of windows. The second bedroom offers two twin over full bunk beds. There is a sleeper sofa in the den with a memory foam mattress. The couch is flanked by Lazy Boy recliners on each side for plenty of seating. The remodeled kitchen is well-equipped with a full-size fridge, oven range, microwave, dishwasher, and everything you need to cook and enjoy a meal. Don't forget your morning Java! You will also find a Keurig with a sampling of k-cups. Bath and beach towels, shampoo, conditioner, and body wash are provided. There are TVs in the bedrooms and check out the size of the one in the den! All are smart TVs with built-in apps and of course the high speed, 1 gig, wireless internet is free. Last but not least, warm-up on cold nights to the cozy wood-burning fire place! An onsite pool is available in the complex, unless you'd prefer to go jump in the lake! Swimming in the cove is allowed, but swim at your own risk, as the locals have spotted alligators on rare occasions.

Walden's 536-slip marina is located in one of the largest private inland harbors in the Southwest. It is a full-service public marina that has earned Clean Texas marina honors year after year. A long commitment to keeping Lake Conroe clean, the marina provides access to Lake Conroe for fishing, watersports and boating. Safe Harbor Walden Marina, which is located in southeastern Texas just 60 miles north of Houston, offers year-round boat slips and everything you need to make your day on the lake fun. Sitting at the helm of the marina is Einstein's Ship Store just a couple minutes walk away. Guests are provided with keys to the gated access shoreline and marina shop. Einstein's offers boat rentals, boating needs, and convenience store items.

Guests will also be provided with a keycard to access the Walden area amenities. Area amenities include:
