Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Der Teppich im Zimmer hätte etwas sauberer sein können, ansonsten in gutem Zustand (renoviert). Frühstücksagebot sehr umfangreich. Due Umgebung ist "gewöhnungsbedürftig", Lage jedoch sehr praktisch direkt an der Interstate. Restaurants und weitere Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gut erreichbar.

The property itself is in an unsafe area, and is FILTHY. Even the most basic level of cleanliness isn’t achieved. In addition, it smells awful. There was no one on the property except for one staff member who was not in any type of uniform. The hotel does not even remotely look like the pictures on the listing- it’s absolutely false advertising. I found a different hotel to stay in because I was not staying in filth and have yet to receive any type of assistance or refund from Expedia or the property.

Property looks nice on the exterior with the exception of the neighboring motel. Receptionist made it easy to check in. Elevator was dirty and missing a light panel. Entering the room their was a strong smell of marijuana, the floor was dirty, and the commode had urine in it, when lifting the lid open. I would not recommend this hotel.

This is probably one of the nastiest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. First of all it smells terrible walking in the door. The halls are filthy. Then you get to a dated room that hasn’t been cleaned. None of the surfaces are wiped down. There were smoked black & mild cigars in the vents of the room. The room smelled terrible. When we told the front desk, three people stood there with no empathy and no solution. Worse travel experience hands down. Don’t go here.

Lobby was nice and clean but once we got to the second floor at 530 pm the hallway was in need of a vacuum and wall were dirty. Open the room door and it smelled bad. Pillows on each bed had log hairs, bathrooom floor had not been swept, food was left in the fridge, no bed skirts, just uncover boxspring and a ton of crumbs beside the bed. Changed rooms only to have another bad smell and no working remote. 3 remotes and 1hr later we had tv service. Only 1person on staff, but she did the best she could. I wanted to find another hotel but Iwas told i coulnt get a refund, so we have to make lemons into lemonade. Worst Best Western ever!!!!

Immediately when getting off the elevator on the 2nd floor, we were hit with the smell of marijana. Upon entering our room it was still strong. Asked for floor changed and she made it happen but did not seem to concerned about it. Had to go back to the 2nd floor the next morning for ice and the smell was still very strong. Also when entering the area for breakfast the worker dropped a pan of sausage and the hot water splashed onto us. No one seemed concerned and she just went back to work.

The young lady at the front desk allowed us to check in an hour early since we had a wedding to attend. This allowed us time to shower and change. We never could have made it had she not don't that for us.

Roaches, stained sheets bathroom had feces and hair around the toilets! I took video footage and pictures. After entering 4 rooms I called Expedia bc I needed a refund! Smelled like sewer in the lobby.
