The kitchen is equipped with basic cooking and baking essentials, along with a dishwasher and garbage disposal. Whether you’re preparing breakfast before heading out or enjoying dinner at home, you’ll have what you need for a comfortable stay.

Outside, guests can enjoy patio furniture and a BBQ grill. Propane is provided.

Bathroom & Linens

The bathroom is stocked with towels, a hairdryer, and a first-aid kit. Extra blankets and pillows are available in the upstairs closet.

Parking

There is no garage access for guests. Parking includes space for 1 vehicle in the driveway, with additional street parking available.

Dog-Friendly Home

We’re happy to welcome well-behaved dogs! To keep the home comfortable and clean for everyone, please review our pet guidelines:

Maximum of 2 dogs
Dogs must be under 50 lbs. — no exceptions
$50 pet fee per dog, per stay (not per day)
No cats
Dogs must be fully housebroken
Dogs are not permitted on furniture or beds
Please pick up after your dog immediately in the yard
Dogs must be crated when left unattended
Please keep dogs downstairs and off the upstairs carpeting

The upstairs bedrooms are carpeted, so we kindly ask guests to remove their shoes before walking on the carpet.
