The property needs more attention to cleanliness. The elevator floors were dirty and for some reason there were huge flies in the hallway for 2 or more days.The window treatment in room 4204 is missing. This impacted efforts to get proper rest once it was daylight. The staff at the resort were very friendly and welcoming. Always offering assistance and ensuring we were taken care of.

In need of renovations, outside was beautiful, rooms and hallways were ok. Common areas were nice. Staff were mostly friendly but some were disinterested.

Very nice place. Even though it is very important to have staff members who speak different languages. I am totally bilingual but my partner is not, so it was difficult to communicate in many occasions. Need to find Spanish speakers in the staff.

People were great and in general we liked the food and food options. Pool area was nice and since the property isn't massive it was easy to get around. The check in process was smooth and easy. In the negative there wasn't a lot of beach space. after we checked in and got to our room, our bathtub was all disassembled so we had to call the front desk and they told us to wait for someone to take us to a new room and then did not show up for at least an hour. Seemed to us that there was a little bit of communication breakdown in several areas during our stay. several of the entertainment and activities that was shown on the schedule and the app didn’t happen or didn’t happen at the time they said they would happen. even though the resort wasn’t full when we were there, we still had trouble getting reservations for some of the restaurants. all in all, I would say the property did not blow our minds, but we had a great time and would certainly consider going back.

Stayed 3 nights with friends. The hotel is very big but some of the event areas were hard to find. To get from one area to the other required you to walk outside. The hotel is dated and could use updating. However the staff is 10/10 friendly. The food was good and the hotel was clean. Activities could’ve been more exciting though. Overall experience 7.5/10. Good hotel.

First time in Jamaica The resort was okay…. The customer service personnel at the front desk was not very helpful in explaining on how the resort work when checking in. All she was concerned about was signing paperwork and asking for my credit card to place $300 hold on my card. I was lost trying to find a place to eat. She didn’t provide us with information we needed to learn the resort operations . We had to go back to the office and someone else helped us and provided a map and more detail explanation. The hotel CHARGED me twice on my credit card and no one can explain why this has happened. They were very NONCHALANT about my issue and the problem still not resolved. My credit card company is doing investigation and credit my account later. If you are booking this resort, please check your credit card often because they will try it….. SCAM!! The room was okay, I noticed there was no microwave in the room. The shower water pressure was extremely low and no hot water on some days. The restaurants were GREAT. I ENJOYED the pools, the bar, the entertainment. The gift shops staffs were not friendly and can be RUDE. The hallway on the first floor smells like mildews, the ceiling is leaking water and a bucket was placed in the hall to collect the water. Very nasty!!!! Not sure if I will come back to this resort again.. I just didn’t appreciate the customer service I received. I was at this resort for 6nights and it was not CHEAP, but yet, I was charged double the fees.

The property is run down. The staff is not friendly or accommodating. There was no hot water in our room and the water pressure was awful. The power went in and out about a dozen times on one of our nights. This is definitely nothing like the Hyatt in Cancun. Would not recommend this for a higher end stay. Not worth the extra money.

The resort property was very clean. They had staff working all the time to keep everything spotless. The food was excellent. The only issue we had was when we were trying to book a restaurant. The women that was helping us was not so nice and you could tell that she just wanted us to leave her alone. The rest of the staff was extremely polite. Also, this place is not a full (adult only) resort. The only adult only is one pool, nothing else. All restaurants include kids.

We had an amazing time. The property and grounds are so well taken care of, the rooms were very clean!! The food was amazing. The staff was so nice and welcoming. Housekeeping was wonderful. The gym was even top tier!! I am big on details and this hotel and staff did not disappoint 10 out of 10. I would definitely recommend staying here.

Really great property with nice pools and beach area. The staff was great and the food was really good. The jerk hut, pizza place and the restaurants where you had to make reservations were the best. The buffet food (Choicez) was alright—breakfast there was better than dinner in my opinion. I do recommend the swim up pool room! I never saw any children on the adults only side which was ideal. The adults only pool was definitely more of a “party” vibe with music and games throughout the day and the beach was more “relaxing.” The bathrooms located on the property were pretty clean every time I used one. The hotel does provide a shuttle to/from the airport—we assumed it was included but we had to pay $39/person for roundtrip just fyi. There was a Hyatt lounge at the airport where you could check in and arrange airport transportation before going to the hotel. Really nice gym too. Overall, we had a really nice stay (4 nights in March)!
