Escape to Montauk Panorama, a sprawling 7-bedroom, 6-bathroom, 8,500 square foot home with some of the best views in all of the Hamptons. Perched high up on the hill, Montauk Panorama boasts magnificent 180-degree ocean views up and down the coastline, is just a short walk away from Montauks famous beaches, restaurants and shops, and is situated across the street from the beloved Gurneys Resort and Spa.

Built into the side of the hill, this two-story home is an upside-down house with most of the bedrooms and living areas located on the 2nd floor. When you walk through the front door, youll be greeted by an open, well-lit foyer, with a bedroom to the left, a media room straight ahead, two additional bedrooms down the hall, along with a game room.

Walking (or taking the elevator) upstairs, the property flows seamlessly from room to room. The fully-equipped gourmet eat-in kitchen is perfect for cooking up a summers feast for all. With plenty of seats at either the 10-person kitchen table, 4-person counter-side or in the formal dining room that seats up to 16, entertaining has never been so easy. Find yourself lounging in the living room on one of the oversized couches, in front of the grand fireplace and below the double high ceiling, or venture outside to the propertys true showstopper, its overview deck. Walk across the sprawling green lawn and go for a swim in the heated gunite pool. Dine alfresco at the large dining table with stunning sunsets or curl up with a good book in one of the many lounge chairs. End the night counting the stars and roasting marshmallows at the firepit.

The recently renovated home provides 4-ensuite bedrooms including a master suite with a luxurious glass-enclosed rain shower, and a free standing tub. Each room has modern yet minimalist dcor but offers king-sized bedrooms and ocean views.

Pool Disclaimer: Due to the climate of the northeastern U.S., outdoor pools and attached hot tubs will typically only be available for use from Memorial Day to Labor Day. If your booking falls outside of that time frame and you intend to use the pool/hot tub, please be sure to inquire if they will be available for use prior to booking.
For energy conservation purposes, the pool heater may only be operational from 8am to 6pm.

Off-Season Disclaimer: It is typical that spring cleanings and updates do not take place until late April / early May. If your booking falls outside of Memorial Day to Labor Day, please inquire as to whether or not outdoor furniture and equipment will be available for use prior to booking.

Payment/Refund Policy: Unless otherwise stated on the property listing, all payments are non-refundable, however, should the guest elect to cancel its reservation, Marquis will use best efforts to work with the owner of the property to reopen the dates of the reservation in attempt to re-book the property (please note the decision to reopen dates is the owners'). Should Marquis be successful in re-booking the property for the original dates at the same or higher price than the original reservation, a refund less a 20% penalty, calculated as 20% on the total reservation amount, will be issued to the guest once payment is collected in full for the new reservation. If a new reservation is not made, the guest may use the property for the dates of its original reservation so long as payments have been made in accordance with the payment schedule established at the time of booking and Marquis is notified in writing 72 hours or more prior to the start of the reservation.

Payment Method: Balance payments made with credit card are capped at $3,500. Payments over $3,500 shall be made by check, ACH or wire.

Security Deposit Disclaimer: A refundable cash security deposit of $10,000 is required for this property.
