Las instalaciones bien , lo que no me gustó es que la piscina estaba un poco sucia , y habían muchos niños gritando y jugando , y aunque dicen que no esta permitido igual no hacen nada , se supone que es tipo spa y el silencio es primordial !!

L’arrivée a bien été. Malheureusement, quelques temps après être arrivée à notre chambre, nous avons été avertis que de 21h à 5h du matin, il n’y aurait pas d’électricité. Ça veut dire, pas d’électricité, pas de chauffage, pas de wifi et pas d’eau chaude. Nous avons tenté de nous faire rembourser mais l’hôtel a refusé. Nous considérons que nous n’avons pas accès à un service normal et adéquat. Nous n’allons pas à l’hôtel pour avoir un service de camping.

The hotel is great. Beds are large and very comfortable. The room was very clean. I also loved the bathroom and the kitchennette. The only thing I would recommend to the hotel is having a space for luggage storage. We arrived before the checkin time and they told us that they couldn't keep our bagages anywhere in the meanwhile. The hotel is not easily accesible from the village if you don't have a car. So that was quite an inconvenient for us and the first time this happened to me in many years travelling in several countries.

Front desk people are very non-interested, cold welcome, wouldn’t look at us or smile. Night shift didn’t greet us when we came back from the restaurant, just kept on chatting and playing with their phones. Very unpleasant and unprofessional. Usually we love our stays at the Ax, but this time the overall vibe is just not there.
