Casa BEDOL1 is a charming house surrounded by trees, in 500 meters from Playa Cristal. Located in Pino Alto, the best area of Miami Playa, Casa BEDOL1 has 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a toilet, a large living room and a fully equipped kitchen. The outside is unbeatable - in the private garden there is a fantastic barbecue area. The neighborhood is quiet, the complex has a swimming pool for 6 houses only.
On the ground floor there are a living room, a kitchen and a toilet. On the first floor there are two bedrooms with 2 single beds in each room and a suite with a double bed and a single bed. On the same floor there are two full bathrooms.

Miami Playa is a quiet town with the best beaches of the Costa Dorada, it´s located 20 minutes from Port Aventura. Playa Cristal was the first beach in Catalonia with the blue flag of the European Community, with restaurants, beach bars and a beautiful promenade. At night, there is a lot of entertainment in a family atmosphere.

COMMON AREAS.- The use of common areas (swimming pool, garden, entrances, transit areas, parking areas,...) will be subject to Community regulations and the limitations established by the authorities. Arenda is not responsible for such limitations. It is mandatory to respect the regulations.

It is obligatory to pay the tourist tax and a final cleaning.
As it is a family tourism zone, reservations for youth groups are not accepted.
No noise can be made from 22:00 to 09:00.
