„The property is 400 yrs old so expect things to be uneven. The current owners have only been there a few years so maybe they still have work to do. The bedrooms are described on the website as "stylish "....I would say plain. The bedding was clean, bathroom ok but it was difficult to get the shower to the right temperature...it was either boiling or cold. Room 5 had a frosted window but it was hot so we had it open. „I love old fashioned, traditional pubs & inns, and this was perfect. Wooden beams, creaky floors, etc. The staff were wonderful and very helpful. The meals were of high quality & decently priced, too, the breakfast exceptional! Plenty of parking available. I will definitely visit there again.“

„Efficient and friendly staff, clean rooms with all the facilities you need. Evening meal and service was excellent couldn’t fault my stay would definitely recommend.“

Auf Nachfrage erhielten wir in der folgenden Nacht netterweise ein Zimmer mit ...

„Staff are very friendly and helpful. Breakfast is excellent.“

„I very rarely post a bad review; I normally don't post a review at all if I haven't liked it. However, we booked The Croft based on the number of 5* reviews it had. On a positive, the location of this B&B is perfect - really close to the High Street. However, we've stayed in a lot of places, both higher and lower end, depending on our requirements, and I'm sorry to say that this is probably one of the worst places we've stayed at. The room and en-suite were possibly the smallest we've ever ...
