This home is in the perfect location for quiet tranquility yet is only 2 minutes away from Bridgewater via boat or car, where you can enjoy restaurants, entertainment, shopping and boat rentals if desired. This 3 story new construction lake house with 7 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms is a large group vacationers dream and has been designed to comfortably accommodate 18 guests. Have friends or family worried about steps? No worries…our home has main floor living and zero steps to the private large dock from outside!

When you arrive, you will be provided with a zero contact check in with a key code provided. As you walk into the front door, you will be on the main floor which provides a uniquely open floor plan where guests can easily access all of the gathering areas. You will automatically notice the open living area filled with dramatic two story curtains, modern décor and amazing lake views showcased outside the large windows! The great room is open to the well stocked kitchen where your crew can congregate while sharing food and laughter. This main floor ensures anyone with constraints on stair usage can still join in on all the fun! Also featured on the main floor is a large stone electric burning fireplace, a huge ceiling fan, beautiful light wood LVP flooring, dramatic open windows, vaulted ceilings, granite countertops with a huge island-perfect for entertaining, a large 10 seat family style dining table, and 6 additional island barstools. There are two bedrooms on the main floor. The master bedroom which has a King bed, a private bathroom with tiled shower, a private entry to the outside patio and lake views outside the large windows. The second main floor bedroom has a Queen bed and is right beside a full bathroom. Both bedrooms have large smart TV's, ceiling fans and doors with locks. There is a washer and dryer provided on the main floor in the hallway. Off of the kitchen is a large outdoor patio that overlooks the lake and dock where there is additional dining seating for 8 in addition to a relaxing sitting area with an electric fireplace and a large Smart TV.

The upstairs area features two bedrooms and a shared Jack and Jill full bathroom. One bedroom has a Queen bed and full lake view. The second bedroom has a Queen bed and a Twin/Full bunk bed. The bathroom is in between the two bedrooms with a full shower/bath.

The downstairs area features a cozy rec room with two couches, gas fireplace, large Smart TV, a large shuffleboard, a mini bar with drink cooler and an ice maker, and even a built-in dog house (we are dog friendly-up to 2 dogs with prior approval). There are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms on this lower level. Bedroom 1 downstairs has a Queen bed with a Twin/Full bunk bed and a private bathroom with a tiled shower. Bedrooms 2 & 3 downstairs have King sized beds and a shared bathroom in the hallway with a full shower/bath. All bedrooms have ceiling fans, door locks and smart TV’s. There is a lake view and workstation in one of the downstairs King bedrooms. Outside the rec room is the lower part of the covered deck which features a large jetted Hot Tub (cleaned weekly), custom outdoor lighting for safety and ambiance, an electric fireplace, large smart TV, a heavy duty Ping Pong table and no stairs or steep walk to the large dock or fire pit.

Only a few steps away from the home is our step-free, private 2 story dock with dual covered boat slips, a floating dock, plenty of seating-including swings, a boat house you’ll have access to, a large sunning dock up top and plenty of room for entertainment. You will not have to worry about fighting waves or wakes in this cove so it is safe for swimming and your boat is safe in one of the lifts, tied to the side or even power pole’d down. Enjoy fishing off the dock at any time but especially at night with the green lights we have installed which attract an array of fish in the evening! You are also welcome to enjoy anything we have in the boathouse: fishing gear, life jackets, floaties, toys, games, kayaks and paddleboards! Right beside the dock is a large, custom built fire pit for the entire crew to gather round and enjoy! The firepit is wood burning and is perfect for smores, evening star gazing, games, or just relaxation by an evening fire!

The home has a large square parking area that provides ample parking for guests. Additional parking can be along the long driveway or in the cul de sac if needed.
