„First they would be very difficult and unfriendly to let my friend check in eventhough she had a picture of my passport and I told them on the phone that she can check in for me. Then we had a whole day no water and they didn't tell us what was happening. We had to go ask the construction workers ourselves. Even after the water was running again we got no information from the hotel and no letter that they are sorry or anything like it... Really annyoing is also that the parking is not ...

„We loved this condo and the view so much that we decided to stay an additional week. Although this room was not available the following week, we stayed down the hall in another condo, which did not offer the same amenities. The room is stocked with books, stuff for the beach and spices for cooking. The view is something out of a story book. We saw turtles from our balcony and my husband was able to snorkel with them. We are already planning on coming back next year.“

„Wonderful place to stay! The studio is well maintained and comes with everything you need to feel comfortable for your stay. The extra touches of beach towels, welcome snacks, and the use of a cooler was a pleasant surprise. The location, amenities, beach access and etc were amazing! Plus the whales, turtles, and dolphins sure out on a show for us. Overall we truly felt the Aloha from the staff and quests and left feeling like Ohana. „We have stayed at this condo resort 2 years ago and came back. It is very nice location on the ocean with great sunsets and a relaxed vibe. They have tennis and pickleball, mini golf, shuffleboard and pools and hot tubs. Parking is included in the resort fee which is reasonable. The room itself was a nice studio condo. It has a full kitchen, fridge, etc. It is larger than a standard hotel room. The room has some wear but overall it is nice. We will definitely be back to stay here again.“

„The condo is very noce and has a great ocean view. If you love it even less crowded than Kaunakakai, Kepuhi Beach is a nice place to stay. Although the resort as a whole seems to be split in one half well maintained (where the condo is) and one half not taken care of for a long while. We liked our stay, you will too if you like it quiet and without a lot of people.“

„From booking to checking-in to questions we had during our stay we always had great communication with property! We had the best view ever in Hawaii and enough paper products, kitchen appliances for every meal we made. Plenty of towels, washer and dryer was great!! The beach chairs were a plus. The place was literally perfect for our family of 8. We ordered two beds that they brought in and were super comfortable. Lots of room for all of us. Would definitely stay again!! Thank you!“

„Stayed for 4 days in Kaanapali, chose the Whaler for its close proximity to the village, dining and steps to the pool and beach. The condo felt like home away from home, the kids loved using the boogie boards and swimming with the turtles just downstairs from our unit. Kitchen is well equipped, we made breakfast every morning and ate it on the lanai, the grill area downstairs is super convenient, we dined next door at Monkey pod and Leilani's which are fabulous. „This condo was well furnished, clean, and stocked with everything you need for a fun family location. The description of being ocean front is a bit misleading - it’s a 10 minute walk down a hill and across a highway to the beach. We ended up driving. There is only one pool on the grounds and it was tiny. The location is great in terms of easy access to beaches, restaurants, shops, etc.“
