Please park in the Garage or on E Street, vehicles parked in Neighbors parking spots will be towed at vehicle owner’s expense.

No unregistered visitors are allowed without prior notice.

Please Remove your shoes as the home is carpeted and shoes can leave stains. There will be additional charges if we need to shampoo the carpets.

Our Hammock has a 300 lbs weight limit. Over that weight or swinging the hammocks aggressively can cause damage

Gatherings or events must be pre-approved before your stay. Unauthorized parties are not allowed and may result in additional fees and cancelation of your booking.

Early check in and late check out is available upon request. However, we charge $25/hour due to the cleaning time and process required for turn over.

Smoking of any kind, including marijuana, is not permitted inside the property. This applies regardless of medical marijuana licenses.
