Very friendl staff. I did not feel unsafe, however, the liquor store next door attracts some persons „who have experienced an unhappy fate“. The car park gets locked overnight. Although it might not be their responsibility, the hotel should look into all the trash and debris on the sidewalk between entrance and car park, to improve the impression.

Wirklich schlecht. Der Mann an der Rezeption wollte eine Sicherheit von 30 Dollar in bar! Ein Karte wollte er nicht. Habe das verweigert. Ging dann ohne. Irgendwie war der Angestellte ein wenig merkwürdig und unfreundlich. Im Zimmer hat es nach Urin gerochen. Eine Kakerlake haben wir gefangen und in die Freiheit entlassen. Die Umgebung war nachts gruslig. Insgesamt war wirklich alles unterirdisch. Tut euch das nicht an!

The service at the front desk was excellent the problem was that when I was getting ready to go to bed, I pulled the covers and I found bedbugs an hairs (I took a video of them crawling on our beds) I called the front desk when they finally answered they wanted me to come and pick up clean sheets so that I can change them myself but I refused. They finally came half an hour later and I showed him the bedbugs and the hairs They offered to give me a new room but by then it was 1:00 a.m all we wanted was to go to bed but the noise outside was unbearable, people yelling, screaming running back-and-forth in the hall and outside. We try our best to try to rest for a few hours. The next morning when we were checking out I asked to speak to the manager but conveniently the manager wasn’t there after asking a few times for business card with the managers name they gave it to me. I called three times but he was never there so I gave up. They still charge me full price on my rooms and they offer no credit or anything I would definitely not recommend this hotel and for Expedia to have them listed under their website which is what I use a lot I’m very disappointed.
