Hotel staff went above and beyond when we arrived with our daughter who was just discharged from the ER with 3 fractures. Their kindness and thoughtfulness throughout our stay made our situation easier to bear. They definitely create a home away from home environment!

The staff at Holiday Inn express and suits were the absolute best. We had booked through Expedia, which I will never do again, and that caused a huge issue. The staff were very helpful and professional in working the situation out and resolved it for us very quickly. 5 stars for Holiday Inn, zero stars for Expedia.
