Nothing about this property says “Enjoy”
Property in need of better management in every aspect !
I have stayed in enough variety of places across the country and this would not ever have been a choice ( staying with friends so I couldn’t book a different location or I would have !)
Wyndham needs to address this location and soon not even a fair representation of their name….. in anyway !
Staff-less than cordial
Overall cleanliness- barely
Breakfast- why even bother
Pool-non functioning
To top it off being greeted by several police officers in the lobby area in an apparent standoff with a domestic situation left us feeling less than safe the rest of our stay ! ( it led me to understand who might be dwelling there overall, possibly a dumping grounds for the county or shelter facility that has a breach in the security of where people are housed) either way I understand that this can happen but given the overall conditions of the property itself, it just doesn’t make sense as to why someone from corporate hasn’t done anything here !!!
Did I mention the several rooms with mattresses leaning against windows.
Price-extremely overpriced !!!
Only a Ramada Inn in suburb of Milwaukee rates as the worst place I’ve stayed years ago and that was torn down and replaced by Corporate ( I ran into a VP who I was able to share my best and worst stays with his chain, turned out I nailed both, so please pass this up the chain of command and have them contact me !)
