After resetting the card to my room multiple times during check-in (because I couldn’t get in), the staff used their master key.There was someone else staying in the room. It then took ~30 minutes to get them to clean a much smaller room, even though I paid for the larger room. They were going to switch me to a larger room the next day, but a room still wasn’t ready by 2pm. Coming back at 7:30pm, they still made me wait over an hour to move to the larger room. They had some “mopping” problems. (They must use dirty water since our feet became black walking on the floor of the room.) Day 3, we had to get our keys reset because they only made the room for one night.
Not enough cleaning crew and they must skip cleaning every other room since my friends checking-in were told they were the sixth ones to check into a dirty room that night.
As for amenities: there are only about two irons and ironing boards, and two hair dryers for the entire hotel to borrow from the main desk. Nothing is in the rooms. Oh, and no hand towels are in the rooms.
