I booked and payed for a handycapt accessible room months in advance I booked one with a roll in shower to be exact because I am in a wheel chair and can't stand in the shower at all. First they gave me a completely non accessable room, when I said something about it they told me that those rooms need to be booked months in advance, which mind you I did, then they put me in a room with 2 queen beds and I asked for an accessible king. I could barely get in to the bed. The bathroom had one safety bag near the toilet in the bathroom and that was it, it had a tub a step in tub not a shower that I could roll in to like I had booked. When confronted about it the staff basically said that they didn't know what to tell me about all of this. I asked if they at least had a shower chair that I could get so I could bathe and the girl at the front desk originally said no we don't have those, and then some time later showed up at our room with a shower chair that was in deplorable condition, while I used it to try and take a shower the legs broke off of it. I will never ever booka room here ever again I don't care if they are the last hotel on earth it will not happen.
