Nice hotel for a short stay
Nice hotel with clean rooms and comfortable beds. Can be quite noisy if your room is located next to the pool/spa area and the entrance. Also just a small exercise room. Overall good for a short stay!

Nice spot to lay your head. Clean rooms and decent breakfast options. Nice staff. We didn’t stay long enough to try the pool but it looked very clean and well maintained!!

Comfy and simple.
We went for a wrestling tournament. The room was confortable and my sleep was amazing. The room was 80 degrees when we walked in so that was very uncomfortable. Turning down the temperature worked just fine. This hotel is simply a place to get some sleep and get some food in you for the next morning. The elevator was pretty janky, but it works. I wish they would've kept the eggs supplied, but they left the serving dish empty for awhile even when there was a whole hour left for breakfast.

Property was below average. Pool was under maintenance, and my TV wasn’t working properly because it was stuck on headphone mode. My phone in the room did not work either. I had to walk to speak to the front desk a few times due to this inconvenience. They came to my room to try to fix the TV and to no avail did it get resolved. The manager said he would call someone to fix it but nobody came. So no working TV or phone. Very inconvenient when spending $212. Dollars. I had booked my room along with a family member months ago and they would not let me check in for them. I tried to pay for both rooms but they would not let me pay for them since they weren’t there yet. They told my family member to swipe his card when they arrived. I expressed to them this error on their part and they would not reverse it to recharge my credit card. I tried calling the front desk when this took place and the phone was inoperable. I had to walk to the front desk to speak again to the manager on duty. They made my family member swipe his card. And I thought it was to keep it on file until checkout. They charged our rooms prior to checkout. What hotel does that?!? Both of us were not aware of this. No communication! I called 4x to ask for some discount due to this inconvenience but he only could offer 500 points towards any hotel. I asked what the 500 points were equivalent to and he said I don’t know. So not sure what the conversation was for because was not clear. Worst experience!

Soggy carpets - extreme mildew - not very clean
My stay here was terrible - the only good thing was that they had a room available for that night. Even then it wasn't the type of room that we had reserved and had a different number of beds. We also found upon arriving at the room that the trashcans were full and somebody else's belongings had been left behind on the couch - it seemed as if the room hadn't been fully cleaned. We couldn't call down to the front desk with the phone in the room because it didn't work, but we called the front desk on a cell phone and asked if there was another room available. This second room was immediately worse upon entry when greeted with a strong smell of mildew. Upon removing our shoes we also discovered the entire carpet was damp and soaked our socks with mildew-water. The bathroom tub was also extremely slippery and caused a large fall that could have been catastrophic.

The staff is rude. Attendent at check in barely spoke let alone greet us. Pounded on the door at 8 am for housekeeping with music blaring. They want you out of there! Building is in rough shape. Plenty of better stay options in the area.
