The dark privacy fence secures the beautifully landscaped area, which includes comfortable sun loungers, an outdoor kitchen with a built-in gas grill and sink, and a large dining area under the covered porch, ideal for poolside lunches, alfresco dinners, and evening cocktails. This level is also equipped with a convenient outdoor shower for a quick post-beach rinse.

- Pool & Spa Heating Details (Optional)
- Pool and spa heating is available for $86 per day, or spa-only heating for $57 per day. Heating must be added for the entire duration of your stay—partial heating is not available due to the cost of initially heating the water. Please request heating at least 2 days prior to arrival.
