Majestic Sun is part of the sprawling Seascape Beach Resort with tons of pools, an 18-hole golf course, tennis/pickleball facility, basketball court, and 2,000 feet of beachfront—there is so much to do at Seascape! Majestic Sun is located in Miramar Beach, which features wide sidewalks for walking and biking while enjoying the sights and sounds of the Gulf, plus easy access to all the dining and excitement that Miramar Beach and Destin have to offer.

Many restaurants are within walking distance or a short drive away, including:

✹ Pompano Joe's, Whale's Tail, Bad Ass Coffee, Pascalli's Kitchen, Cabana Café (open late!), Royal Palm Grille and Beach Bar, and Surf Hut
✹ Seascape Towne Centre: 2 Birds Café, Acme Oyster House, Mezcal Mexican Grill, Moo La-La, Thrills Arcade and Laser Tag

✹ No parties or loud music – Occupancy and noise limits are strongly enforced by Seascape Security/local police and subject to fines.
✹ Booking guest must be 25+ and present during the entire stay (HOA policy). In the event of a disturbance, local police will be called.
✹ Cancellation policy: One hundred percent (100%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 30 days prior to arrival. Fifty percent (50%) will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 14 days prior to arrival. For cancellations within 14 days of arrival, no refund will be issued unless travel insurance has been purchased. In the event of a cancellation, the 4% credit card processing fee is non-refundable. Please note: In the event you need to cancel inside of the cancellation window, please let me know, and I will do my best to work with you. I am often able to rebook the dates and provide a refund.
✹ Majestic Sun was built in 2004, and building management provides excellent maintenance service along with routine structural and building inspections.
