The space
This spacious 3 bedroom and 2.5 bathroom townhome is the beach oasis for your family and friends. Two (2) dogs under 35 lbs each are allowed with an additional fee. The home is fully furnished and live-in ready.

This townhome features tile floors throughout the living room and a nice size patio. The dining and living room areas are opened with extra windows to let additional light in.

Living Room: A comfortable, sectional sofa, big enough for your group to gather around and watch your favorite shows and movies on a 65" smart TV or play video games on Xbox 360 (games included). Additionally, a foosball table will keep you entertained while dinner is getting ready.

Dining Room: A large dining table.

Kitchen: Our kitchen features granite countertops and stainless steel appliances. Equipped with a drip coffee maker and toaster for your convenience. Basic cooking essentials such as pots and pans are provided.

Outside: A nice size furnished patio with a gas grill. A portable beach cart is available to bring your belongings to the beach. Feel free to use our beach toys.

Master Bedroom: there are a king-size bed with a mattress of medium firmness and a twin-size trundle; a private bathroom with a soaking tub; a 42" smart TV; a private balcony overlooking the pool; his and her closets. Fits 4 guests.

Second Bedroom: has a king-size bed with a medium-firm mattress and additional topper for your comfort; 32" smart TV; Jack & Jill bathroom with a soaking tub. Fits 2 guests

Third Bedroom: comes with a full over full-size bunk bed, Jack and Jill bathroom; 32" smart TV.

The washer and dryer are available for you to use; located on the second floor.

The house is equipped with high-speed Internet.
Guest access
The whole space is yours! You will get a smart lock access code the day of your arrival; the rental terms must be confirmed before receiving your check-in information.
