Perfect for a couple or small family, "Hayes' Harbour" sleeps 4 comfortably (ideally 4 adults or 2 adults and 2 children). You'll take in gorgeous harbor views from the living room, master bedroom, and both decks. The central location makes this condo well-suited for a fun week or weekend away! You will have access to 3 resort pools and the included 6-seater golf cart!

There is a new king-sized bed in the large primary bedroom, with a gorgeous view of the golf course and bay. The primary bedroom has a private bathroom with a new tiled walk-in shower and access to one of the 2 marina-facing decks. The primary suite is incredibly spacious with lots of privacy!

The guest room has a king bed (also new) with a full bathroom around the corner with a tub/shower combo.

The living room has a large sectional for kicking back and relaxing in comfort. The living room has a 65" smart TV - so remember to bring your Netflix/Amazon Prime/streaming credentials with you on your trip. There is more than enough room for everyone to settle in at "Hayes' Harbour."

This privately-owned home has a large kitchen featuring new stainless-steel appliances. The kitchen is fully equipped for the enthusiastic cook who enjoys feeding family and friends! A Keurig coffee machine (and a few starter coffee pods) is available and the kitchen includes a sitting counter for quiet mornings as the rest of the crew emerges from their restful night's sleep.

There is a stacked washer and dryer in the home with detergent provided.

The outdoor space at "Hayes' Harbour" includes gorgeous views of the Baytowne Marina and 2 decks to enjoy your morning coffee, sunbathe, or dine alfresco. Don't forget to watch a sunset or two! You can watch the weekly fireworks (during spring and summer seasons) from either of the 2 decks - it's a front-row seat every time!

"Hayes' Harbour" is located within the resort of Sandestin® and is on the bayside nestled amongst golf courses, the conference center, and Baytowne Wharf! The beach is a mere 1.5 miles away (please bring your own beach towels), close enough to cart, walk, or bike over but far enough away to escape the hustle and bustle (and noise) of beach life. Walk out the front door and head in any direction towards fun and entertainment! All the fun is within 1.5 miles of the front door! * In addition to the golf cart, we also provide TRAM PASSES for easier beach parking and safer trips home from Baytowne! Please use them - they are provided not only as a golf-cart backup (repairs happen) but also for your safety if consuming alcohol.

The owners take great pride in providing the types of amenities that they, themselves, look for when traveling with their family. You will find everything you need to cook, relax, and enjoy your vacation, including a golf cart (6-seater), washer and dryer in the home, power stations on the nightstands, and a booster seat and pack-n-play (bring your own sheet) for your use. Cleanliness is critical to a guest's experience, and we employ the most highly-rated housekeepers in the area.
