Charming Southern Laurel Grove cottage located in the largest five
star resort on the Emerald Coast in Miramar Beach near the Luxury
Grand Boulevard at Sandestin. This old Florida style architectural
home comes complete with a grand front porch and a screened in lanai
overlooking the beautiful Ravens Golf Course.

This homes southern style and charm is continued through out this
lovely vacation home. Every room has been carefully decorated with the
most high end character and eclectic design detail from the window
treatments to the furniture and accessories.Every bedroom has an equal
appeal with a flat screen TV. A family or group of 8 to 8 will feel
very comfortable in this spacious 2 story cottage with it's 3 bedrooms
and 3 bathrooms.

The fully equipped kitchen is as detailed as the rest of the house.
All you need is a few groceries and a good cook. For your convenience
we also offer FREE WiFi as well as many area amenities sponsored by
Have Travel- Memories Vacations to make your vacation as memorable as
possible.

When you stay here you will enjoy FREE GOLF for one guest each day of
your stay. Just a few other things you might do is explore the many
walking trails, rent bikes and play tennis. The golf cart is a great
way to explore and see all the resort has to offer. You can use the
tunnel to get to the beach or shop, dine and be entertained at Grand
Boulevard or the Village without having to get in your car!

This property comes with a 4 person golf cart. You can upgrade to a 6
passenger cart or you can upgrade and get both the 4 and 6 passenger
cart! Note: golf carts may vary from the one in the photo.

At Grand Boulevard you can get your groceries, dine out, shop till you
drop and even go to the movies at the new state of the art Boulevard
10 and much much more without even driving your car. There s even more
to do if you don t mind driving just a short distance out of the
