Gut: Sauberkeit
Breakfast was decent and always stocked. The room was clean an beds comfortable it the TV remote didn’t work right, the phone wasn’t working and the hot tub wasn’t working. Apparently they are having renovations but that wasn’t listed where you read about the hotel you really have to read all the fine print.
When we tried to call the front desk about the remote we realized the phone was t working. We then went to the front desk to ask about it. We were told “oh maintenance doesn’t work weekends so you will have to deal with it. Just have the remote close to the box when you switch channels”. For reference the box is behind the TV. If it wasn’t for Expedia calling the hotel I doubt our stuff would have been fixed.
I wouldn’t stay here again because the staff wanted nothing to do with fixing the situation.
